Progress that makes sense
Weekly reports bring habits, measurements, check-in scores, and personal trends together without reducing progress to one number.
DietPulse gives dietitians one calm, clear place to guide clients through daily check-ins, meaningful progress, meal logging, and accountability that lasts.
DietPulse is invitation only. Dietitians are set up by the DietPulse team, and clients are invited by their own dietitian.

Weekly reports bring habits, measurements, check-in scores, and personal trends together without reducing progress to one number.
Ask the questions that matter to your practice, from energy and symptoms to habits, routines, and goals.
Clients can upload meals or describe what they ate, with helpful calorie and protein estimates for each meal.
Share quick encouragement in bulk for 1:1 coaching, or add a personal note when a client needs more support.
Keep a whole group moving with weekly participation at a glance, a clear list of who needs attention, and a way straight into any individual client.
Preview, download, and share daily and weekly progress cards. What you preview is exactly what gets shared, and private struggles are never included.

Plain answers
These are the product's current defaults, written so a client or a dietitian can check them before signing in. They are our operational choices, not a statement of legal compliance.
The web portal and WhatsApp. There are no browser notifications and no separate mobile app: reminders, check-ins, and meal replies happen in WhatsApp or in the portal you sign in to.
WhatsApp messages go through Meta. Voice notes are transcribed and meal descriptions are estimated by OpenAI. Support alerts are emailed through Resend. Medical documents and your dietitian's private notes are never sent to any of them.
A voice note is transcribed and the text is kept with your meal. The recording itself is never stored.
Calories and protein are estimates from a description or photo, not measurements or medical advice. Your dietitian chooses whether you see them at all.
Your check-ins, meals, and documents stay until you ask for them to be erased; there is no automatic deletion date. Routine diagnostic logs are kept for 30 days and exclude health text, documents, audio, passwords, and tokens.
A client asks from inside their own account. An administrator verifies the request, which ends the coaching relationship, and the cleanup is tracked until every file and the sign-in are recorded as gone.
An urgent request is saved first and then emailed to your dietitian. Saved is not the same as delivered, and DietPulse shows the difference. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
DietPulse is invitation only. Dietitians are provisioned by the DietPulse team; clients are invited by their own dietitian and sign in with the link or email address on their invitation.
We aim to keep 30 days of recovery history for the database and stored files, subject to what our infrastructure supports.
Nobody from DietPulse will ask for your password or a one-time code. If you have a question about your own records, write to hello@dietpulse.live.
DietPulse gives existing dietitians and clients one calm, connected place for better coaching and stronger daily habits.
